1. No Smokers or kids under 16 will be allowed to stay at BreezyPoint.
2. There are no active phone connections in here.
3. Absolutely – NO smoking inside the condo.
4. Please park in spaces #xxx, #100 or on the street
    (you will be towed if you park in the wrong spot).
5. The water filter in the kitchen sink is for cold water only.
6. You’re welcome to use anything in the condo. If you finish off an item,
    please replace it.
7. No loud noises after 11:00. The police love to make house calls.
8. The dumpsters are located at the end of the parking entrance.
9. Upon entering condo, the air may smell musty. Open the screen doors n the
    front and rear decks. The breeze will usually clear the air in a few minutes.
10. Feel free to use the A/C, but till now the screen doors have provided enough 
      cool air for us at night. The upstairs rear bedroom doesn’t have a screen door.
      Opening it at night will invite the bugs in.
11. In case of emergency: call Brian on his cell phone.
12. All appliance information is in the top drawer next to the stove.
13. The vacuum cleaner is in the coat closet.

SUMMER
1. If you use the A/C, turn it to 82° when leaving (both floors).
2. Turn on water heater circuit breaker (bottom right side, #28), located in the hallway.
3. When leaving turn water heater circuit breaker off.
4. No shaking out sand from anything over the balcony rails.
5. Use the hose located in the rear parking area to rinse sand from yourself
     and any beach articles. One is located near parking space #305.

WINTER
1. When first entering condo, turn water main on. It’s located under the kitchen
     sink (right side, quarter turn valve).
2. Turn on water heater circuit breaker (bottom right side), located in the hallway.
3. When leaving condo, turn water main and circuit breaker off.
4. Turn both heaters back to 58° and close the upstairs hallway door.

ALL keys must be returned within 3 days of returning so that others may visit the house.

Please make sure to clean up when you leave and lock the unit securely.
Violators will NOT be returning.
